Job Summary

Responsible for oversight and management of all operational and sales aspects of assigned branch location.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Bachelor of Science degree or related field; bachelor's degree can be substituted with 10 years' of related experience in a
  
  

management role.

• 5-10 years' experience in a management role with pump and fluid handling solution industry related experience.
• Exhibits good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Exhibits good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
• Ability to manage people through appropriate and effective communication while delegating responsibilities appropriately.
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operational oversite of branch location
• Consult with branch staff regarding quotes, pricing, manage quote follow-up, etc. ensuring consistency with company standards
• Review quote logs, sales reports, and profit and loss statements then coordinate with appropriate personnel regarding
  
  

necessary adjustments to ensure profitability and consistency with company standards.

• Monitor and expand product lines available.
• Manage and monitor house accounts to ensure customer inquiries are processed properly.
• Review building leases and consider opportunities for expansion.
• Manage trade shows, customers fund raisers, and entertainment expenses.
• Personnel Management including:
• Reviewing staffing needs and completing performance reviews.
• Sales personnel management.
• Recommending commission options.
• Reviewing and approving PTO requests or delegating task to OM
• Review and approve expense reports for cost management.
• Oversee Service and Repair Department.
• Assist and Monitor the Applications group pertaining to the assigned branch location.
• Manage Vendor relationships.
• Assist AGI Upper Management with information regarding territories, products, and personnel, and strategic planning.
• Manage AGI Corporate's branch relationships and facilitate better communication of expectations with the branch.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
