Azure data warehouse/data lakes Specialist

The Data Specialist Big Data will lead the design, development, and management of an enterprise data warehouse architecture. The role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across an organization by integrating data from multiple business systems both on-prem and in the cloud and transforming it into a reliable, well-documented, and easily accessible source for reporting and analytics.

Experience Required:

8 years of progressively more responsible, full-time, paid experience in a centralized Information Technology organization performing information systems analysis and design for complex systems.

4 years of hands-on experience in two or more of the following fields: data engineering, database administration, BI development, or data architecture.

4 years of experience designing and managing data warehouse/data lakes in Azure (Data Lake Storage Gen2, Synapse, Azure Data Factory).

4 years of experience with Azure Purview, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory or similar data catalog/governance tools.

4 years of experience with database management systems, to include SQL Server, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.
