Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 35 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use equipment

Job Description Summary
Performs general maintenance for the interior and exterior areas of ICGR Clubhouses, maintenance and adjacent buildings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Maintain quality of appearance for interior and exterior of area of clubhouse, maintenance and adjacent buildings; performs preventive maintenance and cleaning of these premises. This will include painting, washing, polishing, and repairing all inside and outside fixtures.
- Work with outside vendor companies to ensure jobs are performed as contracted. May assist vendors as directed by GM.
- Uses knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting and plumbing.
- Responsible for timely repairs, installation, and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and any other pieces of equipment that would need service.
- Responsible for all timely and accurate documentation of all repairs and preventive maintenance reports.
- Performs carpentry repairs.
- Performs plumbing repairs.
- Performs electrical repairs.
- Performs masonry work.
- Operates common hand or power tools.
- Tours complex daily identifying items requiring facilities or housekeeping services
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 4 years proven experience as a maintenance technician
- Must be knowledgeable in current OSHA regulations and safe work environment practices.
- Advance demonstrable skills in one or more trades; electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, mechanical systems.
- Proven experience with general maintenance processes and methods
- Proven experience and knowledge using tools, standard appliances, and devices.
