Provide nursing care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the appropriateness of both maternal and infant status.
- Demonstrate ability to assess labor status; demonstrate knowledge of fetal monitoring
- Plan for patient care
- Perform independent clinical nursing skills and deliver individualized patient care.
- Identify the appropriate interventions necessary to minimize maternal/infant complications
- Demonstrate the ability to assist physicians with procedures.
- Act as a patient advocate to facilitate maternal/fetal attachment.
- Collaborate with the care team to plan safe care and discharge.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current license as a registered nurse in the state of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
Salary : $35 - $55
