An Operations Coordinator contributes to AHF's mission and success by managing and executing assigned projects that support, improve, and grow the Western Region. The Operations Coordinator works to improve the efficiency and quality of care and services delivered. This position is responsible to assist in the management and coordination of Western Region projects/programs and, on occasion, National operations.
This position will provide administrative support to the Chief of Operations and Western Region Director of Healthcare Operations. The Operations Coordinator will manage multiple competing objectives, and be able to prioritize, and to communicate information in clear and unambiguous terms to management, cross-functional team members, site-level leaders and staff, administrative staff, partners, patients, and clients. The Operation Coordinator is collaborative, emotionally intelligent, curious, dependable, self-starting, and adapts to fast-moving situations with ease and flexibility.
