Key Responsibilities:
· Inspect machine and fabricated product and assemblies
· Inspect electrical and mechanical assembly practices
· Develop and structure manufacturing procedures
· Assist in the resolution of quality problems in manufacturing
· Maintain and Control equipment calibration program
· Responsible to maintain, adhere and advance the company Quality program
· Identify and resolve non-conformances, and corrective and preventive actions
· Develop new methods to resolve challenges that occur during QA activities
· Assist in Quality ISO audits
Requirements:
· 5 plus years in quality and manufacturing environment
· Experience in a Quality ISO 9001 organization
· Group and team leading experience in quality assurance
Knowledge:
· Attention to detail, organization ability and able to interact well with others
· Ability to review and update documentation using MS Office
· Good writing and analytical skills
· Ability to alter and adjust inspection and daily priorities as needed
· Able to understand and use practical usage of GD&T, Blueprints and various other inspection documentation and equipment
· Able to use measurement equipment such as calipers, height gages and misc. inspection equipment
Experience:
· 2 plus
· Mechanical or Electrical education background
