Position Summary

To be successful in this role, candidates must have tangible experience with NetSuite (required experience) and must be computer savvy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to triage and prioritize projects and deadlines.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to process 100-200 invoices per week, with attention to detail.
• Request and manage vendors’ aging.
• Familiarity with rental & lease invoices.
• Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
• Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed.
• Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
• Communicate with Vendors as needed.
• Daily interaction with the Maintenance Team to verify open items.
• Other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills And Competencies

• 4-5 years of minimum experience in accounts payable or accounting.
• Tangible experience with NetSuite. Minimum of two years. Required!
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated self-starter who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong work ethic with high personal standards for quality of work.
• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.

Education

• High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred.
  
  

Pay

The pay is hourly; $28.00/hour.
