RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Select new products, assess supplier capabilities, and collaborate with Marketing on launch strategies.
- Act as the main contact for international vendors (China, Malaysia, Taiwan), ensuring clear communication, technical accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Optimize cost, quality, and margin targets through effective pricing plans and manufacturing knowledge.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Field Services, and Distribution to ensure smooth product rollouts and promotional readiness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years in international sourcing or product development (office furniture/manufacturing preferred)
- Experience working with Asian factories (China, Malaysia, Taiwan)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (PLM experience a plus)
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
