Quality Control Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company quality system requirements.
• Assist in overseeing laboratory and quality personnel activities.
• Serve as the primary quality liaison for customer communications and product standards.
• Report quality system performance and identify system gaps in production leadership.
• Coordinate and investigate Deviations, CAPAs, Complaints, NCMs, and OOS events.
• Manage and support electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
• Create and maintain Master Product Records for all site-manufactured products.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality policies.
• Perform environmental testing, including water and air monitoring.
• Support customer, regulatory, and third-party audits as required.
• Develop, revise, and implement SOPs, work instructions, and quality policies.
• Assist in validation and engineering studies as assigned.
• Submit reports and metrics on schedule.
• Deliver or coordinate quality training for facility staff.
• Lead special projects assigned by the Director or Senior Quality Manager.
• Recommend disposition of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a natural science or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
• Ability to interpret technical documents, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Solid project management skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and quality metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in preparing for and supporting audits.
