RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company quality system requirements.
- Assist in overseeing laboratory and quality personnel activities.
- Serve as the primary quality liaison for customer communications and product standards.
- Report quality system performance and identify system gaps in production leadership.
- Coordinate and investigate Deviations, CAPAs, Complaints, NCMs, and OOS events.
- Manage and support electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
- Create and maintain Master Product Records for all site-manufactured products.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality policies.
- Perform environmental testing, including water and air monitoring.
- Support customer, regulatory, and third-party audits as required.
- Develop, revise, and implement SOPs, work instructions, and quality policies.
- Assist in validation and engineering studies as assigned.
- Submit reports and metrics on schedule.
- Deliver or coordinate quality training for facility staff.
- Lead special projects assigned by the Director or Senior Quality Manager.
- Recommend disposition of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a natural science or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Ability to interpret technical documents, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Solid project management skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and quality metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.
- Experience in preparing for and supporting audits.
