The Senior Accountant(Manufacturing) will support management with monthly production work order processing, cost allocations, inventory reconciliations, and standard costing report analysis.

Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage the costing and develop a bill of materials of manufactured products
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement
- Reconcile inventory weekly and monthly, ensuring alignment between sub-ledgers and the general ledger
- Streamline inventory management procedures and generate consistent, data-driven reports
- Maintaining accurate books and records and strong internal control processes
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Prepare and analyze cost reports to assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Monitor and report on cost variances and inefficiencies
- Develop and maintain standard costs for products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in cost accounting or related field
- Manufacturing cost accounting
- Experience with budgeting and account analysis
- ERP systems
- Familiarity with financial accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
