Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate must have advanced SQL/Python proficiency to design scalable ETL solutions and lead end‑to‑end development of Data Vault and cloud‑native data workflows.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $41.00 to $53.00 per hour

Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Data Vault 2.0 on Snowflake to support analytics and warehouse requirements.
- Build and maintain ETL processes in AWS using Glue, Lambda, and Python for both batch and streaming workloads.
- Develop test strategies, automated test frameworks, and quality validation processes for data solutions.
- Drive modern engineering practices by championing DevSecOps, reusable components, and best‑practice software development.
- Participate in application design, data modeling, and enforcement of data security and governance standards.
- Improve delivery efficiency through automation, documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams using Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in data engineering with strong focus on Snowflake and AWS cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing data pipelines, ETL processes, and Data Vault 2.0 solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda), along with hands‑on experience using DevSecOps pipelines and automation.
