Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead teams to execute civil and vertical projects.
- Provide project engineering/design and oversight.
- Oversee technical staff, client contact and relations, business development, and proposal preparation.
- Grow the practices in Southern California.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Engineer (P.E.) in the state of California.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Strong civil engineering technical skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Good with clients, experience in business development and proposal preparation.
- Acquires, understands, and applies technical and professional knowledge and skills to perform job effectively, efficiently, and safely. Understands and adheres to policies and procedures. Stays abreast of trends and pending changes within assigned area of responsibility.
- Establishes, enforces, and drives policies that promotes Company vision and culture to achieve company objectives.
- Strong business acumen. Offers excellent communication and presentation skills in an organized, professional manner.
