Leveraging your expertise, you will guide the development and scaling of workforce-related practices and principles, ensuring they align with organizational objectives. You will lead efforts to transform our approach to workforce strategy, enabling long-term agility and effectiveness through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and targeted change management initiatives.
