Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct project teams across multiple business units, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
- Manage project financials, including budget management and financial forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and change management initiatives to ensure project adoption and effectiveness.
- Engage in contract negotiations with external vendors and manage project risks and interdependencies.
- Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis and problem-solving to support project and business objectives.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies.
- Strong ability in managing risks and resolving project issues.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Significant experience (6-8 years) in project management, preferably within the lending or financial services industry.
