Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical aspects of the AI Recruiter Phone Screen rollout globally.
- Manage the recruiting technology stack and address technical challenges.
- Execute pilots for AI and automation tools, including development and testing.
- Track and report KPIs related to recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
- Coordinate with Talent, IT, Legal, and external vendors for comprehensive alignment.
- Profound knowledge of AI recruiting tools and LLM behavior.
- Strong familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, and their integrations.
- Demonstrated ability in technical issue resolution and vendor management.
- Experience in recruiting tech, HR tech, or AI-driven platforms is essential.
