Job Summary:
We are seeking a Provisioning Analyst responsible for managing digital account provisioning for Digital Marketing, Document Cloud, and Creative Cloud customers. The role involves creating and managing accounts, enabling features, analyzing and interpreting data to inform decisions, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage new accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, enable features, and manage user access.
- Review contracts for accuracy and viability, develop and implement provisioning guidelines and work instructions.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, monitor request queues and prioritize tasks, and manage the coordination of multiple requests.
- Analyze and interpret data, maintain SharePoint databases and internal dashboards, ensure billing accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Management Team to support daily provisioning and manage exceptions.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and detail orientation.
Experience in Digital Marketing, Cloud Services, or related fields is preferred.
