Job Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Research Operations Manager with a deep background in managing global research and insights operations, specifically skilled in implementing governance practices, optimizing processes, and leading technology integrations, such as Qualtrics and Medallia. The successful candidate will transform our current operation into a world-class function through strategic leadership, focusing on operational efficiencies, cost savings, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Experience in a global insights or research function, agile methodologies, and managing both onshore and offshore teams is crucial.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement refined governance practices for global operational excellence in research operations.
- Lead the integration or migration of core research platforms and tools, optimizing processes to align with strategic goals.
- Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams, fostering a high-performance culture and commitment to quality.
- Utilize agile methodologies to enhance operational agility and adaptability to market changes.
- Develop strategies to elevate operations, focusing on efficiencies, cost reductions, and integrating innovative technologies.
Must-Have Skills :
Industry Experience :
Significant experience (12 years) within a global corporate environment, preferably in a global insights, research, or analytics function.
