Job Summary:
Alacriant Inc. is a manufacturer of stamped and fabricated metal assemblies serving both the commercial and defense industries for over 20 years. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to support the growing needs in our Press-Brake Department. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating the computer-controlled press brake machine to produce formed parts.

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating the computer-controlled press brake machine to produce formed parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reads blueprints from designers and engineers
Reads production paperwork to determine specified requirements
Programs your machine to fit the design
Measures the final product to ensure uniformity
Restocks materials
Performs routine maintenance on the machine
Reviews parts for conformity
Completes production paperwork, including quality and timekeeping records
Completes tags associated with production with accuracy
Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area
Follows all safety protocol

None
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years in a warehouse setting preferred – press brake experience preferred.
Special Requirements: Proficient in Blueprint reading. Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and height gages.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Temperature and humidity extremes are to be expected similar to ambient outside conditions.
