Profile (Experience & qualifications)
This position requires a detailed oriented individual with good written and communication skills. Previous Quality experience would be an asset; prefer previous experience as AMO (Automated Machine Operator). An individual that can work independently with limited supervision. A strong understanding of GDP/GMP. Must be able to problem solve and lead an investigation to completion. Strong communication skills are essential and must be able to work in a team environment. High school diploma or GED required.

Main activities
- Sort rejected product
- Perform audits on various products
- Perform QC test methods for Laminate (as required by specific customers)
- Keep area and equipment neat and organized as per a 5S environment
- Documentation of audits being performed
- Assist in determining if product is approved to be shipped
- File audit reports
- Perform special testing as required.
- To utilize calibrated instruments for data collection
- Conducting validation studies as required
- Acts as a lead for quality issues
- Support all production activities
- Conduct FPA and LPA in SPG
- Lead investigations to completion
- Generate Quality reports summarizing the shift events
- Lead training segments for Quality Technicians
- Other duties as required
