Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Prepare, form, and finish concrete surfaces with precision.
- Perform trowel, broom, and hand finishes to high standards.
- Work independently, managing daily concrete operations on-site.
- Determine appropriate tools and equipment needed for each project.
- Proficiency with stamp and colored concrete finishes.
- Ability to shoot grade and elevations.
- Form and finish concrete to grade specifications.
- Inspect forms and ensure correct pitch and elevation.
- Rake concrete, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float surfaces.
- Ability to single man and two man screed.
- Ability to cut joints with straight edge and pole joiner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the concrete construction industry.
- Expertise in concrete prep, forming, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently and proactively on job sites.
- Stamping experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of concrete hand tools and power equipment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.
