The company is seeking energetic, self-motivated, top-level Personal/ Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive to coordinate various tasks. Ideal candidate must be highly organized, multitasker and comfortable in fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Calendar and contacts update management for business and personal appointments
Executive day-to-day administrative tasks, personal errands when needed
Respond to urgent inbound requests emails and scheduling updates
Conducting research on various industries and topics
General budgeting/bookkeeping/reconciliations
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Proficient with Dropbox, Google Sheets and Microsoft office
Exceptional professionalism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic
· Experience managing multiple priority
· Ability to work under pressure and remain professional
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience handling highly confidential information
Previous experience supporting c-level executive is a plus
· Management and sales experience is a plus
· Business development experience is a plus
