Our well-established and growing financial firm is expanding and seeking to add an Advisor to our Connecticut offices. This position is based in Wethersfield, CT and the Financial Advisor must be able to travel between our CT neighborhood locations.
- Operate phone system to answer, screen and forward calls to appropiate firm staff. Document incoming calls in CRM system.
- Greet visitors and make them feel welcomed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Sort and distribute incoming mail and log client checks received in the mail. Prepare outgoing mail for the firm and send mail.
- Manage cleanliness and presentability of conference rooms. Keep rooms stocked with marketing material, business cards and other appropiate supplies.
- Act as liason for maintainance requests of office equipment and space.
- Manage orders for office supplies and requests of office equipment and space.
- Perform other duties as necesary.
- Ability to work with others and create world class client experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task and get things done in a small office environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and ability for accurate data entry.
