What are the responsibilities and job description for the Peer Recovery Specialist position at ALETHEIA HOUSE?
Provide Recovery Services to participants living within Aletheia House programs. This is a perfect job for an individual with a passion to assist program participants with solving problems directly related to recovery. The facility is located Lee County.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health or social services preferred.
- At least two years in recover required
- Must be eligible to become certified as a peer recovery specialist and case manager
- Experience providing supportive services a plus.
Travel Requirements:
- Must have and be willing to use your own personal transportation.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
- Mileage reimbursement for personal use of vehicle is included.
