What You’ll Do
The A Way Home Housing Case Manager provides a variety of office and field activities to manage and monitor a rapid re-housing program for pregnant and parenting young adults. Employee will provide direct client services, complete related documentation and implement the TIP Model of case management with housing clients.
Work involves providing supportive services to promote participants self-sufficiency, integration into the community, and permanency in housing, performing administrative tasks involved in the review and maintenance of a caseload of program participants. The principal duties are performed both in a general office environment and in the field and community where program participants reside.

Education AND Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field required.
- 2 years’ experience in human service field, working with transition age youth is preferred.
- Must own a car and have and valid NC or SC Driver's license.
