Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, schedule, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in situations with little standardization.

Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including service plans, client assessments and verbal/written summary of each resident at shift change.
- Provide quality services in accordance with Love and Logic, Handle with Care, Joint Commission standards and agency policies.
- Staff will demonstrate the ability to function safely, professionally and ethically without the benefit of direct supervision. This includes serving as resident advocate, providing referrals, facilitating individual and group sessions and case management (as needed).
- Answer and respond to phone calls, including crisis calls.
- Maintains neat and safe work environment.
- Responsible for the overseeing the administration of doctor-referred medication to residents.

- Associate degree in human servicesis preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human servicesfor awake nights, overnight and weekend.
- Prefer 6 months of related experience.
