The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the implementation of policies, programs, and the day-to-day operations of the Community. The ED ensures compliance with all laws and regulations of governmental and accrediting agencies. The ED monitors and evaluates staff performance of the Community, ensuring our consistently high standards are met. You will recommend, develop and implement strategies required to improve standards of care required to exceed regulatory compliance and customer expectations. The ED is the leader in implementation of Community budgets, meeting Census goals, evaluating equipment needs and Daily Operations.
