Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental Corp.is seeking a motivated individual to act as an Accounting Associate to perform collections, and other office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions

• Answering a multiline phone and providing excellent customer service.
• Handle collections
• Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
• Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form.
• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
• Handle lien waivers
• Process new credit applications and update credit applications and update existing customer accounts
• Prepare bank deposits, post credit card and wire transfer payments to accounts
• Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
• Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries
• File and maintain records.
• Transmit information or documents to colleagues or customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have solid general office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and operate office equipment and technology.
