All Roads is searching for a detail oriented, enthusiastic and friendly Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! Ideal candidate will enjoy recruiting and sourcing as well as being responsible for the new hire process (background/drug testing...). This is a full time, benefits eligible onsite opportunity in our Dundalk, MD facility.

- Utilize the ATS (Jobvite) to manage the applicant flow and documentation during the pre-employment process.
- Coordinate pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...) and onboarding into UKG
- Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
- Source qualified candidates by using Jobvite, Indeed, LinkedIn...
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Full time hours Monday - Friday with a flexible but consistent start time.
Travel
Occasional travel locally if interested.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
