Responsibilities of Medical Recruiters:
• Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100 calls
per day)
• Reach out to both new and existing healthcare professionals to forge meaningful connections and present tailored opportunities that align with their skills, licenses, board status, and credentials.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships that produce loyalty and promote a long-term working
relationship with our clients and health professionals.
• Engage with prospective and current providers to clearly outline assignment details and
compensation, ensuring a transparent and rewarding experience.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred
• Background in Business, Marketing, and Hospitality welcome
