We are looking to expand our Underground Utility Crews paying Top Wages in the industry.
Alliance Construction is looking for an Experienced Underground Utility On-site Working Lead/Foreman to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Overseeing the construction project from start to finish
- Operating heavy equipment used in the installation and removal process
- On-Site working with crew to completion of project
- Ensure that construction activities move according to the predetermined schedule
- Devise the project work plans and make revisions when needed
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the management team, sub-contractors and laborers
- Coordinate equipment and crews and other job related activities to maximize efficiency
- Keep a positive attitude & set an example as a leader that all crew memebers enjoy working with
Requirements:
- 5 years of underground utility experience with water/sewer
- 5 years of operating heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, skidsteer, etc)
- Great communication skills
- Great attitude and leadership
- Ability to train anyone on site
