Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' needs and develop solutions based on those needs
- Make follow-up calls to and arrange and conduct visits of existing and prospective customers
- Quality assurance and client service of outgoing jobs
- Ability to be a conduit between our operations team and clients in order to ensure strong client service, timeliness and quality
- Systematic estimate management and follow up
- Update client records and purchasing history
- Marketing to pre-existing clients
- Maintain client contact information in an organized and presentable method
- At least 4 years business-to-business and / or customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in the interior design, artwork or sign/graphic industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Clean driving record with dependable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated and team player
- Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base
- Basic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite
