We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Endoscopy Technician at the office of Long Island Gastroenterology Specialists in Wantagh New York
The Endoscopy Technician Responsibilities are:
- The Endoscopy Technician is part of the medical team that cares for patients undergoing and assists the physicians with, endoscopic procedures to diagnose or treat gastrointestinal problems.
- The Surgical / Endo Technician cares for patients post procedure and post conscious sedation anesthesia.
The Endoscopy Technician must have the following qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma,
- Licensing/Registration/Certification Required: Certification: Medical Assistant
- One year's related clinical experience. Must have OR and/or Endoscopy experience.
- Must be Certified as an Endoscopy Technician
