💼 What You’ll Do:
As part of the Global Distribution team, you’ll be a vital player in delivering metadata and artwork to major digital platforms. You’ll work across departments to support the distribution of theatrical releases, TV shows, documentaries, and animation. This is a behind-the-scenes role where your precision and project coordination skills directly impact global content launches.
🗓 Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Attend internal team meetings and manage deadlines across multiple ongoing projects
- Research and craft metadata for film & TV titles; proofread, format, and standardize for delivery
- Aggregate and deliver assets like artwork files and metadata in English and localized formats
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support on-time, high-volume digital deliveries
- Maintain trackers, databases, and content management systems
- Monitor project timelines and ensure contract obligations are met
- Communicate clearly with vendors, internal stakeholders, and global teams
📌 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience (metadata, project coordination, or admin roles ideal)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills (bonus if you know VBA, SharePoint, etc.)
- Outstanding attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Strong project/time management skills and ability to juggle multiple deliverables
- Experience in metadata, vendor packaging, or entertainment/postproduction a major plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to Universal City, CA Tue–Thu
💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of SVOD/EST/FAST Channel workflows
- Experience with localization, asset management, or content distribution
- Familiarity with XML packaging and task-tracking tools like Airtable, Jira, or similar
