Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual systems using software troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters to ensure proper functionality of systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in the installation and repair of audiovisual equipment.
- Provide field service support for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery during events.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in audiovisual technology or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with cabling techniques and installation practices.
- Ability to telecommunicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting purposes.
