Job Title: AV & IT Support Technician (On-Site)

Location: Wayzata, MN 55391
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)

Job Description:
Seeking an AV & IT Support Technician to provide on-site desktop support and assist with audio/visual systems for meetings and events. Responsibilities include hardware setup, troubleshooting, network support (“Smart Hands”), ticketing, and user support.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of IT/AV support experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
