Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Product Coordinator to support our Product Managers in delivering MarTech and enterprise solutions. This role bridges business needs and technology, handling product documentation, user training, analytics, and application support. You’ll also coordinate across internal teams and vendors while managing tools like Workfront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product lifecycle: roadmap input, documentation, and user stories review
- Provide Level 2 application support and training
- Administer tools such as Workfront: workflow design, governance, and user access
- Coordinate meetings and communication across teams and stakeholders
- Collect and analyze usage data to improve adoption and experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years’ experience in product support or coordination
- Strong technical aptitude with MS Office and enterprise tools (Workfront, Jira, DevOps)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in product management career growth.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
