What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and exterior inspections
- Assess project scope and recommend exterior remodeling solutions
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts for residential projects
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and scheduled appointments to close sales
- Coordinate project handoff with production and operations teams
- Maintain accurate sales notes, documentation, and customer communication
- Experience in residential construction, exterior remodeling, or in-home sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable performing exterior inspections and working in the field
- Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
