- Maintain accurate sales notes, documentation, and customer communication
- Experience in residential construction, exterior remodeling, or in-home sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable performing exterior inspections and working in the field
- Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
