We're hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services focused on helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. This role works within a collaborative clinical environment supporting physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and injury-related conditions
- Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and at-home care strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapy teams to support patient outcomes
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Georgia
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical setting
