Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will assist with logistics, vendor coordination, setup and teardown, and provide on-site support to ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to confirm event details
- Prepare and organize event materials (signage, badges, programs, etc.)
- Manage event set-up and breakdown, including decor, equipment, and supplies
- Provide support during events, including guest assistance and troubleshooting
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses
- Conduct post-event evaluations and assist with reporting
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
