What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Cash Applications position at Alpine Solutions Group?
Must be eligible to work in the United States, we are unable to provide or takeover sponsorship at this time.
MUST :
- 3 years of experience as a manager of cash applications
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with people management- will be managing a team of 9
- Has been a manager level or director level for multi hospital system (need above supervisor)
- Worked for either: a hospital or a vendor that supports
- Very strong experience managing team KPI’s to hit their goals
- Epic experience is required
PLUS:
- Masters degree
DAY TO DAY:
- Our client, a fast-growing health-system in NJ, is seeking a Director of Cash Applications to come aboard their team as a full time employee. This person will manage a team of 9 individuals who are responsible for handling cash applications for the entire hospital. You will utilize Epic on a day to day basis. We are looking for someone who can manage the team, drive the team to hit KPI’s, and has the ability to inspire the group under them.
