Position: Director of Cash Applications
Location: Camden, NJ- Onsite for the first month and then can go to hybrid after that (3 days onsite/week)
Interview: 2 total rounds
Start: ASAP

MUST
- 3 years of experience as a manager of cash applications
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with people management (will be managing a team of 9)
- Has been a manager level or director level for multi hospital system (needs to be above supervisor)
- Worked for either a hospital or a vendor that supports a hospital
- Very strong experience managing team KPI’s to hit their goals
- Epic experience is required
- Great communication – written and verbal

DAY TO DAY:
Our client, a fast-growing health-system in NJ, is seeking a Director of Cash Applications to come aboard their team as a full time employee. This person will manage a team of 9 individuals who are responsible for handling cash applications for the entire hospital. You will utilize Epic on a day to day basis. We are looking for someone who can manage the team, drive the team to hit KPI’s, and has the ability to inspire the group under them.
