- Strong email communication, presentation and public speaking abilities
- A keen eye for detail and ability to absorb information rapidly
- Be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision and directive
- Fills openings on schedule daily
- Maintains waiting list and coordinates scheduling with additional scheduler
- Checks company software system daily for accuracy and confirmation that new evaluations are confirmed, and proper paperwork is received and scanned
- Safeguards patient privacy and confidentiality
- Has a positive tone level and is professional
