Job Description
1. Identify business needs, understand business strategy needs, diagnose current situation and identify problems based on business strategy, coordinate surrounding HR resources and transform into HR solutions;
2. Understand and be familiar with the business strategy and team operation status of the supported departments/branches, and effectively promote the implementation of various human resources policies or processes in the departments;
3. Discuss the business status with the business department, sort out the organizational structure/define job responsibilities/clarify business processes, etc.;
4. Fully understand the business strategy, assist in promoting the implementation of organizational diagnosis, and participate in the establishment of the organizational structure;
5. Assist in the implementation and promotion of other human resources work.
