G2 Consulting is looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and help drive recruiting and people strategy while supporting employees and leaders across the organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and aligning business objectives with employees and leadership. You will act as a consultant to management on human resources related issues, working closely with leadership to provide HR expertise and solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience and training to ensure they align with requirements and organizational principles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring alignment on recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs, developing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a positive and effective integration into the company.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development).
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary.
- Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives to build and retain a strong, motivated team.
- Develop and deliver learning and development initiatives to support employee career growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, programs, and services, such as benefits, compensation, and employee assistance programs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as a Business Partner or similar role.
- 3 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience managing employee relations issues.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
