Responsibilities
- Answer Inbound VSC calls and close Deals
- Utilize CRM software such as Inline to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing
- Strong Objection handling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Inline or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
