Thorne Crest Senior Living Community, a not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for two RN's (second and third shift) to join our Skilled Nursing Unit. We are a 52 bed (9 of the beds are in our Transitional Care Unit) community. We are the oldest Continuing Care Retirement Community in the state! Our nurses and nursing assistants are exemplary and make our Skilled Care Unit a 5 Star Community every day!
As a Registered Nurse RN at Thorne Crest, you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities.

- Currently hiring for part time evenings and full time/part time overnights
What you will need:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota or current compact state license.
- Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome.
