Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; continuing education in Computer Science required
- Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting skills for workstations and networks
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel in an easy-to-understand manner
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and other electronics preferred ππ»π§
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve software, hardware, and other system problems for end users
- Install and configure workstations based on company needs
- Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution
- Stay updated on new technology changes in software and hardware
- Perform other IT-related duties or special projects as assigned πππ₯οΈ
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime
- Hand/eye coordination to operate tools and equipment
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms
- Specific vision abilities required include close and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
