Digital/Email Marketing Specialist
Reporting to the Director of Digital and Direct Marketing, the Digital/Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of all email, social media and digital marketing projects and programs that are critical to driving traffic to, and generating qualified leads via, the American Cruise Lines website. For this role, you should be a data-driven digital and email marketing professional with demonstrated experience delivering profitable lead growth for products/services with a long conversion cycle.

Responsibilities
- Execute and track results for digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, content marketing and other projects as assigned
- Manage day-to-day project initiation, including creative and content planning/development, proofing and deployment
- Ensure accuracy of email campaign audience targeting, which includes segmentation, cadence, sequencing and dynamic content targeting
- Maintain, and consistently seek to improve, the quality of website content, including all images, copy and video media
- Generate regular KPI reporting on all assigned digital marketing programs and distribute to Marketing leadership
- Remain current in digital marketing, social marketing, ecommerce, SEO, email marketing, and web usability trends and best practices, as well as potential new channels/platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in email and digital marketing is required
- Deep working knowledge of, and proven success in the execution of email and digital marketing campaigns (email marketing automation, digital media, online marketing, search engine marketing, social media, websites, etc.)
- Extensive experience with email and marketing automation platforms such as Net-Results, Marketo, Pardot, Constant Contact, etc. required
- Experience across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instragram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) required
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill with web analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising, etc.
- Knowledge of/experience with Sitefinity CMS (or similar Enterprise CMS platforms) required
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where strategies or priorities can quickly shift as business needs warrant
- Must be exceptionally organized, highly detail oriented and have strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-directed and motivated to manage priority workload is a MUST
