What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at American Signature Furniture?
The Ideal Candidate will have, among other skills and abilities:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willing to submit to physical capability test and background check
- Can perform continuous lifting and moving of heavy furniture
- Can be counted on to be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other team members
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
